RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return your product within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return: Please contact us at shop@kramucci.com to initiate the process. Once your return is authorized, we will send a return shipping label directly to your email address.

Return Shipping: After receiving your return label via email, please print it, attach it to the original package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Instructions for returning a KRAMUCCI product:
1. Preparing the product for return
Please make sure the product (the bag) has no damage such as dents, scratches, or any visible signs of use.
The bag should be carefully folded, placed in the dust bag, then put into the paper bag and finally packed in the cardboard box.
For bags with a shoulder strap, please place the strap inside the bag and leave the metal parts protected with the original film (if present).
2. Return form
Please complete the return form to help us process your refund faster.
You can either print the form from our website or fill it out online. If you print the form, place the completed document inside the box together with the returned product.
Return label
If you need a return label, please contact us by email and our team will prepare it for you and provide all necessary instructions.
3. Refund
The refund will be issued after the returned product is received and verified. The refund will be processed to the same payment method used when placing the order.
For cash-on-delivery orders, please provide your IBAN in the return form so we can process the refund.
Conditions for accepting the return: The returned product must not show any signs of use (for example make-up stains) or foreign odours.
If the product shows damage, wear, or does not meet the return conditions, the refund amount may be reduced. In such cases you will be informed by email.
